I’m a lifelong learner, a yoga practitioner and certified yoga instructor, a history and fashion nerd, an Ayurveda Health Advisor working toward becoming an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, and someone who has always been a little curious about how things work\u2014and why we do the things we do.<\/p>\n

Why I’m Sharing This<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ayurveda has become part of how I\u2019m rebuilding my life after betrayal.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m learning what it means to take care of myself again\u2014to listen to my body, pay attention to what I need, and make choices that support the life I want to create.<\/p>\n

This isn’t about pretending everything is perfect. It’s about the process of finding my way forward and discovering what Ayurveda looks like in the life of a modern American woman.<\/p>\n

That’s what I want to share here: the real-life experience of living Ayurveda while rebuilding, learning, and becoming who I am next.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
